How can I diagnose and repair a glitching TV screen?


I have a TV that is displaying distorted images and colors. I have attempted to troubleshoot the problem by resetting the TV and switching the HDMI ports, but the issue persists. I cannot upload any images or videos to illustrate the problem due to the community rules. What are the possible causes of this problem and how can I fix it?
